Our mission
Every parent wants the same thing once the school day ends: something their kid is genuinely excited to go to, not one more thing squeezed into an already full schedule. Background-checked coaches. Right on campus. No extra stop in your afternoon. But mostly, it looks like your kid running through the front door, cleats still on, already telling you about the goal they scored. You don't need to know anything about soccer. You just need a kid who's ready to run around, laugh with their friends, and pick up a little more confidence with every session.

Where the name comes from
The name comes from a football tradition of supporters who call themselves "the 12th player" — always present, always encouraging. We built a coaching philosophy around that same idea: showing up for kids with real enthusiasm, real encouragement, and consistency they can count on, every single afternoon. I've carried that mentality with me through every team I've ever been part of.
The coach behind it
Soccer has been part of my life since I was a kid — years of competitive club and college play, and a love for the game that never left. La Doce is the first program I've built myself, but everything in it comes from years of experience on the field, plus lessons from my time in the military about structure, discipline, and showing up for people. Every practice is built to be safe, well-organized, and — most importantly — something your kid looks forward to every week.
