What We Handle

Registration
We run sign-ups end-to-end through our online portal. Families register and pay directly with us — your front office never touches a form or a dollar.
Insurance
We're securing liability coverage for the program, the coaches, and the campus — in place before your season begins, so your school is protected.
Background-Checked Coaching
Every coach is required to clear a background check before stepping on your field. Sessions are coach-led, not contracted out to whoever is available.
Parent Communications
We handle all family messaging — schedules, weather updates, pickups, and questions. Your staff is never the go-between.
PTA & Campus Support
A meaningful share of every registration and every tournament entry goes straight back to your PTA — with zero selling, zero volunteering, and no extra work from your families.
Program Details
A once-a-week, 8-week season built for K-5 students, run entirely on your campus right after dismissal.
Combined-campus schools (PreK-8)
K-5 is our core program. For PreK-8 campuses, we're also glad to run PreK or 6th-8th grade cohorts where there's enough interest — just ask.

La Doce is the program he's always wanted to build — bringing that same standard to every campus he coaches on.
Campus Fundraiser Tournaments
Beyond the ongoing 8-week season, we also host single-day weekend or after-school tournaments on your own fields — a turnkey fundraiser your PTA can run once or several times a year.
Refs & brackets
We bring the referees, set the brackets, and run the event from start to finish.
Prizes provided
Medals and prizes for participants are included — no out-of-pocket cost to your school.
Proceeds to your PTA
A share of every entry fee goes straight to your PTA, paid out after the event.
Getting Started
Bringing La Doce to your campus takes three simple steps — most schools go from intro call to launch in a few weeks.

Intro Call
We learn about your campus, schedule, and goals — and you learn exactly what we handle. A 20-minute conversation is usually all it takes.

Agreement
We sign a simple partnership agreement and lock in your season dates. You provide the field and a dismissal time; we handle everything else.

Launch
We open registration, bring the coaches and equipment, and run the season start-to-finish. Your PTA receives its share with no extra work.
